desk pop is a daily fingerboard challenge app where users submit video clips of tricks, vote on submissions, and compete for the "Printed" feature.

3. User Accounts

To use desk pop, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate account information

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant desk pop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app and for promotional purposes.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Is sexually explicit or violent
• Impersonates another person
• Contains spam or malware

5. Community Guidelines

Users must:

• Submit only fingerboard-related content
• Respect other users
• Vote fairly and honestly
• Not manipulate voting or use multiple accounts

6. Music and Audio

Music available through desk pop is provided via Apple MusicKit. Your use of music is subject to Apple's terms. Music added to clips is for personal use within the app.

7. Violations and Enforcement

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. The violation reporting system allows users to flag inappropriate content. Repeated violations may result in permanent ban.

8. Intellectual Property

desk pop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by desk pop and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

desk pop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

desk pop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
