Welcome to desk pop. By using our app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using desk pop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

desk pop is a daily fingerboard challenge app where users submit video clips of tricks, vote on submissions, and compete for the "Printed" feature.

3. User Accounts

To use desk pop, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate account information

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant desk pop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app and for promotional purposes.

desk pop has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You are responsible for the clips, comments, profile information, and other content you submit.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Is sexually explicit, graphically violent, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable
• Targets, bullies, intimidates, or abuses another person
• Impersonates another person
• Contains spam or malware

5. Community Guidelines

Users must:

• Submit only fingerboard-related content
• Respect other users
• Vote fairly and honestly
• Not manipulate voting or use multiple accounts

6. User Safety, Reporting, and Blocking

desk pop includes safeguards for user-generated content. We may use technical filters, human review, community reports, and other moderation tools to reduce objectionable material and abusive behavior.

Users can report clips, comments, and user accounts from within the app. Reports are sent for moderation review, and we aim to review and act on reports of objectionable content or abusive users within 24 hours.

Users can block abusive users from within the app. Blocking hides that user's clips, comments, voting metadata, and profile interactions where applicable, and may also prevent that user from viewing or interacting with your content.

7. Violations and Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, block visibility, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these terms. Serious or repeated violations, including objectionable content or abusive behavior, may result in immediate account removal.

8. Intellectual Property

desk pop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by desk pop and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

desk pop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

desk pop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
