By accessing or using desk pop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
desk pop is a daily fingerboard challenge app where users submit video clips of tricks, vote on submissions, and compete for the "Printed" feature. desk pop also includes direct messaging and a peer-to-peer marketplace where users can list used gear for sale and arrange transactions directly with one another (see Section 8).
To use desk pop, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant desk pop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app and for promotional purposes.
desk pop has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You are responsible for the clips, comments, profile information, and other content you submit.

desk pop includes safeguards for user-generated content. We may use technical filters, human review, community reports, and other moderation tools to reduce objectionable material and abusive behavior.
Users can report clips, comments, and user accounts from within the app. Reports are sent for moderation review, and we aim to review and act on reports of objectionable content or abusive users within 24 hours.
Users can block abusive users from within the app. Blocking hides that user's clips, comments, voting metadata, and profile interactions where applicable, and may also prevent that user from viewing or interacting with your content.
You can also report safety concerns by emailing support@deskpop.online.
We may remove content, restrict features, block visibility, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these terms. Serious or repeated violations, including objectionable content or abusive behavior, may result in immediate account removal.
desk pop includes a peer-to-peer marketplace where users can list used gear for sale and message other users to arrange a transaction. The following terms apply to the marketplace.
desk pop is not a party to transactions. desk pop is a venue that lets buyers and sellers find each other and communicate. desk pop is not the buyer, seller, shipper, importer, or payment processor for any listing. desk pop does not take possession of, inspect, or guarantee any item.
No payments, escrow, or buyer protection. desk pop does not process payments and provides no checkout, escrow, verification, refunds, or buyer/seller protection. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for arranging and completing payment, delivery or meetup, and for any applicable taxes, customs, and reporting obligations.
Prohibited items. You may not list items that are illegal, recalled, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, hazardous, or that infringe intellectual property, and you may not list adult, weapon, or otherwise prohibited goods. You must accurately represent an item's ownership, condition, authenticity, and brand.
Reports and enforcement. Listings can be reported from within the app. We may hide, remove, or restrict listings and suspend sellers, and we retain report evidence for enforcement. We aim to review reported listings within 24 hours.
Meetups and safety. If you arrange an in-person meetup, meet in a public place and do not share your home address or precise location. desk pop displays only a coarse city/region for a listing and never your exact location.
Eligibility. Listing items and arranging transactions may be restricted by age and region. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your sale or purchase.
You assume all risk of any marketplace transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, desk pop disclaims all liability arising from listings, communications, meetups, payments, shipping, or disputes between users.
desk pop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by desk pop and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
desk pop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service.
desk pop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
